Enrollment Information

What to expect:

Once you have all the documentation gathered, head over to either Baker Center (Punta Gorda) or Pumpkin Patch (Port Charlotte) and ask for a Family Advocate. An available Family Advocate will assist you with your application, ask a couple additional questions regarding your household, and answer any questions you may have.

  1. Proof of Charlotte County residency

Commonly accepted:
-Car registration
-FPL bill
-Voters registration
-Mortgage or rental agreement


We can NOT accept:
-Bank statements
-Driver's License
-Junk Mail
-Mail pieces that are not listed above

  1. Proof of total household income

This includes:
-12 months worth o  paystubs
-2024 1040 tax form
-W2
-Child support
-VA benefit
-Current TANF/SSI/SSD/ SNAP statement (if you receive SNAP, that is ALL the documentation needed for proof of
income!)

  1. Current physical and immunizations

Bring the following to complete your application:

Acceptable Proof of Birth Documents:

  • Birth Certificate: Original or certified copy 
  • Passport: US or foreign passport

  • Water Bill
  • Voters registration
  • Mortgage or rental agreement

  • Health insurance documents
  • Junk Mail
  • Mail pieces that are not listed above

  • Up-to-date Immunizations
  • Hemoglobin and Lead results
  • Dental screening or exam documentation (not needed at the time of registration) will need when enrolling

Common Questions:

  • Birth to age 5

  • Drop-Off: 7:45 A.M. – 8:15 A.M.

    Pick-Up: 2:45 P.M. – 3:15 P.M.

  • Champs Cafe provides a wholesome breakfast, a balanced lunch, and a healthy afternoon snack daily

    ***We ask that no outside food be brought in due to allergies*** 

  • Available for an additional fee ONLY for tuition students located at the Baker Center and Pumpkin Patch for the 2025-2026 School Year

    *For before and aftercare services at other schools please contact the school for availability
